Career Resource Room: Located within Career Services in 101 Rakov, as well as in the MetroCenter, is a wealth of resources on careers, internships, graduate schools, and job search information. The Career Resource Room is available during our normal business hours. A computer is available for student use in order to visit our career websites, work on a résumé, or conduct a job or graduate school search.

The MetroCenter Career Services Satellite Center is conveniently located at 55 St. Paul Street, Rochester, NY to provide comprehensive career services to current undergraduate/graduate students who are taking classes at the MetroCenter and alumni who live/work in the Greater Rochester area.
Career Services available at this location include help with career advisement, major selection, résumé writing, cover letters, and interviewing. A Resource Room can be accessed for sample résumés or other career related publications. Personalized career counseling is available in-person, by phone, SKYPE, or through e-mail. Drop-in or call and find out about all the resources available to make your career a success.
The George P. Toth Career Advancement Fund assists current students with expenses associated with exploring career interests, pursuing an internship, applying to graduate school, or seeking employment. Contact Career Services for information. Download application Toth Fund application (PDF file)
The Kaplan Scholarship This scholarship is awarded each year for the tuition of a Kaplan Test Preparation Course to a SUNY Brockport student who is planning to take the LSAT, MCAT, GRE or GMAT in the next six months.
