If you are having trouble, it is usually because your browser saves information from previous visits and can be entering this to "help" you.
To eliminate this possibility, you should clear your "cache" and "cookies," both places where your previous information may be stored.
To do so, click the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, then Internet Options, then Browsing History, and Delete All under your Browsing History.
In Firefox, Click on the Tools menu and Clear Private Data. Be sure to clear all the options.
Then try to log in. Be sure you are on the Sign-in tab.
