Expanded Alumni Career Services
SUNY Brockport is pleased to announce the expansion of the Career Services offered to alumni. In today’s rapidly changing market, we want to assist you with your career management needs not only during the time you are a student but also after graduation. We have added a full-time, Career Counselor, Phyllis Griswold who will be dedicated to serving your career needs.
Phyllis Griswold has over 10+ years experience counseling diverse/international college students, and adults in personal, academic and career-related areas. She has a unique blend of both counseling and business skills. She has had two companies of her own and most recently completed five years in outplacement where she successfully transitioned hundreds of former employees to new positions or retirement. She worked at two corporate Career Centers at Eastman Kodak Company and Corning Inc.
She earned a Master of Science in Education: Counselor Education ’99 and a Bachelor of Arts ’in Art History/Photography ’73 both from SUNY Brockport. She is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.Schedule a confidential appointment with Career Advisor, Phyllis Griswold.
