Resource Center

100B Edwards Hall
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

CELT houses a Resource Center designated for faculty/staff use. The center includes books, periodicals and multimedia sources on learning and teaching available for check out, as well as computer stations with Internet access, scanning, printing and digital video editing.

Videotaping

Provided in conjunction with Media Services

Classroom sessions videotaped for instructor review and/or individual consultation. Videotaping services available by appointment on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Sponsorship*

Faculty /staff attendance and presentation at learning and teaching conferences.

Individual or departmental projects aimed at improving teaching and learning.

Faculty/staff CELT Fellows who conduct workshops and function as resources for the College community through the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching.

Audio/Visual Equipment Loans*

CELT owns audio/visual and computer equipment that faculty and staff can borrow on a short-term basis for teaching-related activities. The availability of the equipment and length of the loan is at the discretion of CELT staff. After making an inquiry, all borrowers must print out and complete the following "Property Removal Authorization" form to hand in when picking up the equipment. CELT reserves the right to recall equipment if it is unexpectedly needed for a CELT event during the loan period.
