Helen J. Cheves has extensive experience in education, mentoring, training, and professional and personal coaching.

She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in education at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego and her Master of Arts degree in communication at the College at Brockport.

During the past 12 years Ms. Cheves has taught at the secondary and post secondary levels. This is the fifth year that she has taught in the Communications department at the College at Brockport.
