College Communications

What We Do

The Office of College Communications promotes the mission and identity of The College at Brockport through a variety of print and online services for students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff and the community. All marketing, advertising and publicity for the College should be approved by our unit.  The Offices of Design & Production and Marketing Communications are housed within the unit and provide the following services:

• Public/media relations
• Graphic design
• Marketing planning/strategy
• Writing/editing
• Printing services
• Trademark, logos and College identity management
• Photography

College Communications staff members serve the community as the first source of information about the College.

Communications include the Daily Eagle, various admissions materials, and all official news releases distributed by the College News Bureau. We also assist College offices and academic departments with publications, Web content, and other materials used to promote programs, events and services internally and externally. Please refer to the College Style Guide and Communication Manual for more information.
