Green Caps, Gowns and Tassels
All ceremony participants must wear The College at Brockport’s green Commencement gowns, caps and tassels. They may be purchased at the Barnes & Noble College Bookstore in Seymour College Union beginning April 6, 2009. No advance order is necessary as sizes are assigned by height. Undergraduate sets of cap, gown and tassel are $38.98.
Announcements and Gifts
Contact the Barnes & Noble College Bookstore before April 11, 2009 to order personalized graduation announcements. Generic announcements, commemorative items, and gifts are also available for sale. Save 10% off diploma and picture frames during the months of April and May, only at the College Bookstore!
Class Rings
Balfour will be on campus selling rings in the Seymour College Union from 11 am – 4 pm on April 13 and 14.

Commencement Weekend Festivities
Senior BBQ
The Senior BBQ takes place the evening prior to Commencement and is a celebratory event for graduates and their families. Filled with good food, music, and mingling, you won’t want to miss this event! Tickets are required so reserve your spot soon! Graduating students who register for the BBQ eat free. Commencement Brunch
Come celebrate with us and enjoy what could be your student’s last meal with SUNY’s #1 rated dining service! This casual, all-you-care-to-eat Commencement Brunch in the newly renovated Harrison Dining Hall (building # 38 on the campus map) is for students, families and guests. Graduating students eat free when part of a paid reservation. Tickets are required.
Brunch is very popular and typically sells out in advance. Reserve your spot early and by May 1 for best pricing. Visit Dining Services or call (585) 395-2570 to make reservations or for more information.

Directions, Campus Map, and Parking
Directions to The College at Brockport
Plan to enter the campus via Commencement Drive off Route 31.
Parking
Parking is permitted in any campus lot except lot S. No permit is required for the Commencement Ceremonies. Arrive early and allow at least 60 minutes to get into the stadium and seated prior to the start of the ceremony.
Guests with mobility difficulties may be dropped off behind Tuttle North and Tuttle South at the stadium entrance. However, the driver must park in the adjacent lot V. Very limited handicapped parking, for cars with official handicap identification, is available in lot U behind Tuttle North and Tuttle South.
