Nursing Ceremony
Date: Friday May 15, 2009
Location: Tuttle North Ice Arena
Time: 5:30 pm (students line-up by 5 pm after pictures in front of Hartwell)
The College at Brockport is pleased to invite all undergraduate nursing students, their families, and guests to the Nursing Recognition Ceremony, which will be held in Tuttle North Ice Arena. Students will have rehearsal at 1:30 pm inside the Ice Arena. Family and friends must be seated by 5:15 pm in the arena. Please inform your family.
Class Picture
There will be a mandatory nursing graduation class picture taken in front of Hartwell Hall at 4 pm. After the picture, we will proceed to the Ice Arena to line up for recognition.
Pictures during Nursing Recognition Ceremony
Students will be called up for graduation by their clinical groups and will be called individually. Parents are welcome to take pictures at this time.
Reception
Come join us at our reception in the Tuttle North lobby, by the food court outside of the nursing computer lab.
Green Caps, Gowns, and Tassels
All ceremony participants must wear the College’s green commencement gowns, caps, and tassels. They may be purchased at the Barnes & Noble, Seymour College Union, beginning April 1, 2009. No advance order is necessary as sizes are assigned by height. Undergraduate sets of caps, gowns, and tassels are $38.98.

Since traffic delays are unavoidable guests should plan to arrive early to allow extra time to be seated.

Plan to enter the campus via Commencement Drive (off Route 31). Get our Campus Map.
Parking
Any lot, except Lot S. No parking permit is required for the Commencement Ceremony.
