Location: Seymour College Union, Ballroom

Time: 7:30 pm (students should arrive by 6:45 pm)

The Department of Education and Human Development is pleased to invite all childhood-inclusive and adolescence-inclusive education teacher candidates who have completed certification requirements in December 2012 or May 2013, or anticipate completion by September 2013, along with their families and guests, to attend the 33rd Annual Teacher Certification Ceremony.

Teacher candidates should arrive by 6:45 pm and proceed to the Gallery in the Seymour College Union to line up by program area (e.g. Adolescent English). Professional dress is encouraged. Families and other guests should go directly to the Ballroom. The ceremony will begin with a procession by the teacher candidates.

Reception

A reception for all teacher candidates and their guests will follow the ceremony in the Seymour College Union, Fireside Lounge.

Directions, Parking, and Campus Map

Since traffic delays are unavoidable, guests should plan to arrive early to allow extra time to be seated. The Seymour College Union is located just west of the intersections of Residence Drive and Kenyon Street. Parking is available in Lots N, N-1, O, and P. No parking permit is required.
