Calling all faculty, staff, and student clubs and organizations!

Volunteer for Commencement

Join us for this memorable and happy occasion by volunteering. We are asking for the campus community to serve as volunteers for the graduate and undergraduate Commencement ceremonies.

Please sign up to volunteer by May 3. Volunteers are asked to attend a training session on Thursday, May 16, from 11 am to noon. Assignments and instructions will be given out at this time.

Faculty who Plan to Process at Commencement

Faculty processing must wear academic regalia. If you do not have regalia, you may purchase it through the Barnes & Noble College Bookstore. The deadline to order regalia from the Bookstore is April 19. Please RSVP to process in a ceremony by May 3.

Lunch for Volunteers and Processing Faculty

For those volunteering or participating in the undergraduate ceremonies on Saturday, a buffet-style lunch will be available from 10 am - 2 pm in Tuttle South Gymnasium.
