Faculty robing will take place in the SERC Group Exercise Room at 3:30 pm. Line-up begins at 3:45 pm, and the procession will start promptly at 4 pm. The ceremony will last approximately one hour. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the platform party and faculty will recess and take positions along the perimeter of the Main Lobby, up the stairs, on the second floor balcony, etc., leaving an aisle leading to the building exit. Then, the students will exit the building through the aisle while everyone cheers and applauds. There will be no reception following Academic Convocation.
