Gilbert Cooper
Mr. Gilbert A. Cooper holds a BA in business administration and a MBA in
accounting from Fordham University. He has over 23 years experience
with the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a special agent accountant where
he managed complex criminal fraud cases to conclusion.
He has investigated multi-million dollor fraud schemes in a variety of industries
and has been involved in investigating embezzlements, stock schemes, kick
back schemes and many other white-collar issues. Mr. Cooper is a former
commissioned officer in the United States Army, having served during the
Vietnam era. He presently operates Bud & Cooper Consultants and CSW,
Inc. specializing in forensic accounting and background verifications.
He is a member of Strathmore’s Who’s Who Honors, the Association of Certified
Fraud Examiners, the International Association of Arson Investigator and
the National FBI Agent Association. He is also a Federal Court Certified
Expert Financial Summary Witness. In his local community, he is currently
the Chairman of the Greece Chamber of Commerce, is a member of Rotary International
and the Rochester Claims Association.
