Ms.
Huntington-Sigel received her Bachelors of Arts in communication from SUNY
Oswego, and her Master of Science in counselor education from SUNY Brockport.
Since 1989 she has been the coordinator of victim services for the City
of Rochester Police Department. She coordinates all aspects of victim services
including case assignment, service delivery, program planning and hiring
and supervision of victim assistance counselors. She is affiliated with
the NYS Crime Victims Board Advisory Council, the Western NYS Coalition
for Crime Victims, the National Organization for Victim Assistance, the
Domestic Violence Consortium and SUNY Brockport Social Work Advisory Council.
She has been an adjunct professor for the Department of Criminal Justice since 1990, teaching victimology.
