Notes:
This is Mount Chocorua of the White Mountains of New Hampshire as seen from Joy Farm, the Cummings' family farm, where E.E. played as a boy and the place where he died in 1962. Mount Chocorua was a favorite subject of Cummings' to paint and draw.

Condition Summary:
Masking tape used to adhere poor quality window mat to artwork. Woodpulp window mat staining on artwork. Abrasion at top center. Distorted. Brittle.
Restoration Summary:
Remove tape and diminish adhesive as possible. Alkaline reserve. Line. Lightly flatten. Mat.
