The location of this still life is believed to be 4 Patchin Place in the West Village of New York City. James Sibley Watson, Jr. was a leaseholder at 4 Patchin Place and handed the keys to Cummings after Cummings' divorce from Elaine in 1924. Cummings maintained a residence at Patchin Place for the rest of his life.

Condition Summary:
Slight/moderate draws and distortions; 2 canvas punctures and associated abrasions; small paint loss in flowers and at perimeter; missing tacks; moderately dirty; no varnish; no frame.
Restoration Summary:
Clean; humidify and flatten canvas and punctures; mend punctures; new 6 member stretcher; edge line and loose line with G-10 support; fill and inpaint losses; new frame
