Notes: The location of this still life is believed to be 4 Patchin Place in the West Village of New York City. James Sibley Watson, Jr. was a leaseholder at 4 Patchin Place and handed the keys to Cummings after Cummings' divorce from Elaine in 1924. Cummings maintained a residence at Patchin Place for the rest of his life. |
