Fall 2011 Schedule

Listed below are the Educational Administration open enrollment course offerings for the 2011 fall semester. All of these courses, with the exception of EDA 885 Practicum and EDA 888 Administrative Internship, will meet at the SUNY MetroCenter, 55 St. Paul Street, Rochester.

Registration for the 2011 fall semester for matriculated graduate students will begin on Thursday, April 1, at 6:00 am. Registration for non-matriculated graduate students will begin on Monday, May 3, at 6:00 am. Even though none of the EDA courses begin until after the Labor Day Holiday, the College's 2011 fall semester officially begins on Monday, August 30. Therefore, any registration processed on or after Monday, August 30, will incur an additional late registration fee of $40.00.

The deadline for applications for matriculation to be received (not postmarked) in the Graduate Admissions Office for the 2011 summer session is Thursday, July 15, 2011. EDA 600.61 requires registration through the department. To register for EDA 600.61 you must have completed two years of satisfactory teaching or pupil personnel services experience. This is defined as a full-time, probationary position or long-term substitute experience; per diem substitute teaching does not qualify. You must so verify by submitting a letter on school district stationery from the superintendent of schools or the director of personnel/human resources.

EDA 885, EDA 888, and EDA 896 also require registration through the department. Students interested in these courses should contact the department directly at 585-395-2661.
