Professionally, Dr. Fallon is Secretary of the New York branch of the American Counseling Association, Faculty Advisor for Nu Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota, and is a member of the the Association for Humanistic Counseling, the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, the Association for Adult Development and Aging, the New York Mental Health Counselors Association, and the Rochester chapter of the New York Mental Health Counselors Association. She has also been an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Excellence and Equality in Education.
