The edTPA is a preservice assessment process designed by educators to answer the essential question: "Is a new teacher ready for the job?" The teacher performance assessment will include, among other materials, two unedited viedo clips of instruction, lesson plans, student work samples, analysis of student learning, and reflective commentaries. For teacher candidates who are piloting the field test of edTPA during their field experience placement, the Letter to Parents/Guardians and Student Release Form are available below:
