INSTRUCTIONS for requesting personal key numbers (pkn):
- Read all information.
- Click on Childhood Inclusive or Adolescence Inclusive Education to view the Continuation Program Requirements.
- Complete personal data.
- Click on Childhood Inclusive or Adolescence Inclusive Education for course selections.
- Select course(s).
- Submit request.
- To expedite your request, submit only once and allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Students must be accepted, enrolled and following their Plan of Study.

Students following their plan of study:
- Request department permission key number(s) (PKN); as noted.
- Permission key numbers (PKN) will be sent to student email address; when student status in the program has been verified.
- Student's responsibility to use PKN to register for courses on Banner based on registration schedule .
Students requesting courses out of sequence:
- Preference is given to students following their plan of study.
- Subject to availablity.
Student Teaching registrations processed by the Field Placement Office.
