Summer 2013 Registration Information

INSTRUCTIONS for requesting permission:

1. Read all information.
2. Complete required fields marked with asterisks.
3. Scroll to Childhood Inclusive, or Adolescence Inclusive Education.
4. Select courses.
   
5. Submit request.
6. To expedite your request, submit only once and allow at least 2-3 business days for processing.

Students must be accepted into the Education and Human Development Certification Program and enrolled; following their Plan of Study.

Permission Key Number required for the following courses:
EDI 330 – Inquiry into Learning
EDI 414/514 – Special Education Methods
EDI 419/519 – Assessment in Special Education
EDI 430/530 – Education and Society
EDI 431/531 – Language Skills I
EDI 448/548 - Inclusive Middle Level Teaching in Social Studies

Prerequisites required (as noted) for the following courses:
Childhood Inclusive
EDI 407, 414, 423 pre-requisite EDI 330, 413
EDI 417, 424, 425 pre-requisite EDI 407, 414, 423

Adolescence Inclusive
EDI 414, 419 pre-requisite EDI 413
EDI 432/532 pre-requisite EDI 431/531
EDI 465/565 - 468/568, 469 pre-requisite EDI 445/545 - 448/548, 449

Students following their plan of study:

• Request department permission key number(s) (PKN); as noted.
• Permission key numbers (PKN) will be sent to student email address; when student status in the program has been verified.
• Student's responsibility to use PKN to register for courses on Banner based on registration schedule .

Students requesting courses out of sequence:

• Preference is given to students following their plan of study.
• Subject to availablity.

Student Teaching registrations processed by the Field Placement Office.
