Financial Aid Report

WELCOME BACK! We hope you had a happy and safe holiday break. As with the start of any semester, there are certain financial items to be taken care of:

  • Carefully review your student bill and financial aid for the Spring term. You want to make sure that both are accurate and that you fully understand each item on both documents.
  • As always, remember that you are responsible for any College related charges you acquire.
  • Make sure that your meal plan and Easy Money are at the levels that you chose.

This is the busiest time of year for completing financial aid applications for the 2005-06 academic year.

  • Make sure you have your PIN number and have started working on your FAFSA. Don’t forget that there is a link to TAP (NY State aid) when you reach the end of the FAFSA application.* You always want to make sure that the information you submit is both accurately and timely.
  • Make sure you and any applicable parental units complete tax filings ASAP. Save copies of all tax forms and W2s in case they are required by the Financial Aid Office.
  • You will need to confirm submission of your FAFSA by February 15, 2005 in order to receive your EOP check.
