From the Director
Welcome!
Let me welcome all of you back for a new semester, new challenges and new opportunities. With both sadness and best wishes, we have had to say good-bye to Jackie Haircrow-Moore. We will truly miss her. In the same breath, we welcome back to the EOP family Ms. Latasha Craig who will join us as a senior counselor. In addition to Latasha, we also welcome Margery Poon and Stefan McDonald who have also joined the EOP family as counselors. I am confident they will maintain the level of services to you, our students, that you and I have come to expect.
There are several key things I want to remind each of you to focus on. First, we have begun the financial aid process for the 2006 – 07 year. Please pay close attention to the instructions in the program’s financial aid checklist that you should have received from your counselor.
Secondly, on April 8, EOP will celebrate its 27 th Annual Awards Banquet where we will have the opportunity to spotlight our students’ accomplishments. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend. We need you there.
Then lastly, but certainly not least, I want to encourage each of you to remember our theme, Academic Excellence. We are very proud of those of you who achieved dean’s list at the end of the fall semester. We look forward to increasing that number this spring. So good luck to all of you, give it your best shot and remember we are here for you.
