Preparing for end of semester

As the semester winds down, there are many things to think about. For those of you who are planning on returning this fall, there are several important tasks which you need to perform. Make sure are completely aware of your place in the financial aid application process. Make sure you know and are working on obtaining any missing documents. Make sure you register and affirm your enrollment. As part of the process make sure you review your fall bill very carefully to make sure you understand all charges and that the latter are accurate. Pay particular attention to your optional fees, meal plan and Easy Money. Don’t forget to address the mandatory health fee. If you qualify for a waiver, you need to apply for it every year. Also make sure you are packaged by the time you leave for the summer. Your May 3 rd EOP check will not be released if you have not submitted your FAFSA, are pre-registered, and affirmed. Once you are packaged, make sure you carefully review the package. You want to ensure its accuracy and your understanding. As always, you should be working closely with your EOP counselor to make sure this vital process is complete.
