Come visit the EOP Family…where tutoring can help you achieve academic success!
We encourage you to take advantage of this free opportunity that EOP provides. Feel free to stop by and see the EOP family! We are eager to assist you! Please see your EOP counselor to fill out a peer tutor request form. Let’s move your semester into high gear so that you can reach the goals and grades you desire. Let your tutoring experience be rewarding!
Become a Peer Tutor!
Profit from your academic strengths; make a difference and give back to your fellow peers. This can be a rewarding experience for all. Students interested in becoming an EOP Peer Tutor must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in the course they wish to tutor. Tutors are paid $7.15 per hour. For an application and additional information, please contact Barbara LeSavoy, associate director-EOP Academics, C-25A Cooper Hall or 395-5411.
Come to the Learning SkillsWorkshops!
The Student Learning Center’s Academic Success Seminars provide students with the opportunity to improve study skills. These series of seminars offer workshops in textbook reading, time management and lecture note-taking. All students are invited to attend.
