Counselor's Evaluation

Students please take a moment of your time to stop in your EOP counselors office and complete a counselor evaluation as feedback for your counselor. We would like to have these evaluations completed by the end of the semester and would greatly appreciate all EOp students completing this foem in a timely manner. There is a drop box and a sign off sheet located in the office of Terri Stymus in the EOP department.
