Hispanic Celebration

On Friday, November 9th, the EOP family celebrated the Hispanic Celebration with a little bit of sazon/adobo seasonings and salsa/merengue music.

Over 50 students stopped by and enjoyed good food, good music and EOP family company. Some of the food courses included, rice with pigeon peas, oven roasted chicken with vegetables and empanadas.

We also had a dance-off in the office and first year students, Katherine Febus and Anilsa Paredes were our winners!!!

First year student Jonathan Woods and second year student, Carolyn Jimenez won our questionnaire portion of the event!!!

EOP would like to congratulate all our winners and give a big thank you to those who assisted during the event and making the food and attending the event!!
