Department of The Earth Sciences LENNON HALL PHOTOGRAPHIC TOUR OF THE LENNON HALL FACILITIES
The Department of the Earth Sciences home for more than 30 years has been Lennon Hall, part of the Smith-Lennon Science Center at the northeast end of campus. The Smith-Lennon Science Center is shared with the departments of Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Computational Sciences, Environmental Sciences and Biology, and Physics. Major renovation of Lennon Hall was completed in 2001 and includes state-of-the-art digital classrooms, a "learning theater" computer classroom, laboratory facilities for teaching and research, and faculty and staff offices. The upgraded facilities expand the practical experiences and research opportunities for our undergraduate majors.
