Policies, Guidelines & Presentations
The College at Brockport facilities consist of 74 buildings with over 2.5 million square feet on 464 acres of land, with a replacement value estimated at over $500 million. These assets provide a physical environment in which teaching and learning occur and the concurrent needs for living, social and recreational space are satisfied. The Office of Facilities and Planning is responsible for Campus-wide facilities planning. This Office seeks broad based views on how to use this valuable investment in an effective and efficient manner consistent with the vision, mission and goals of the College. To facilitate this need, a senior level committee has been established to advise the President and his Cabinet on major decisions relating to the facilities. This Committee additionally is charged with making decisions regarding the allocation/reallocation of existing building space, using established guidelines.
