Rick is responsible for all aspects of our day-to-day maintenance and repair efforts including: custodial, grounds, transportation, recycling, and zone maintenance for all residential and academic buildings. He also supervises an alterations project team. These 24-hour a day duties are carried out with a dedicated staff of 127 and an annual budget in excess of $3.5 million. Rick's educational background in landscape architecture has proven a great addition to our Campus. He has been here at The College at Brockport for 17 years, after 13 years at Rutgers in New Jersey.
