Family Weekend Registration
Instructions:
Follow these steps to complete the Online Family Weekend Registration. (You may want to print this page for reference.)
- Add Primary Contact: This is the primary member of the family whose name your registration will be listed under, and all mailing and general family information will be provided to this person.
Required Information: Name, Address, and either Phone or email address. - Add Family Members: Add all the attending family members.
The Categories are as follows:- The College at Brockport Student
- Other College Student
- Adult
- Senior Citizen
- Child (Age 5-18)
- Child (Under Age 5)
- Alumni
The "Alumni" is an additional categoriy that is assigned using the checkbox. Alumni are subject to special pricing options. When there are two different prices, the lower of the two will be assigned.
- Events: Use the checkboxes to purchase tickets for each event your family plans to attend. NOTE: for some events, if a child is attending with parental supervision, a ticket may not apply for the parents. In that case, the checkbox for that family member is greyed out.
- Confirmation: Review all your selections.
- Printable Mail-in Form: This is the final form to print out. Please print two (2) copies and mail one in to the following address:
