This presentation outlines and evaluates the usefulness of Narrative Therapy as a therapeutic intervention for emotional wellness. Major components of the technique, as well as examples of its use, will be elucidated. A review of secondary literature will ascertain its efficacy as a practice and outline current levels of evidence to support this practice.
