Overrepresentation of African Americans in Special Education

This presentation identifies the causes and possible solutions to why there are so many African American students in special education in comparison to their white peers. The presentation will be a compilation of statistics from surveys, interviews and commentary from teachers, counselors, administrators, parents and community leaders.
