Food quality and safety play an important role in everybody’s daily life. The research will do an in-depth study on the quality of the food services in a regional university from the perspectives of the customers including the customer satisfaction and the customer perceived value of the quality of food service. Surveys, interviews of all the university staff, faculty and students would be conducted on campus to collect primary data. The research aims to find out the status quo of the quality of food services within the university from the customer’s perspective and points out the importance of customer’s voice in quality management of food services. Suggestions on how the management could improve as regard to the quality of the food services are also put forward.
