How to Apply

Each graduate program has a unique application and set of instructions. Please make sure to read carefully and follow the instructions provided for your program application.

 To apply:

1. Select your program of interest.
2. While on the program of interest page, read and print the corresponding  graduate application instructions and Part II forms.
3. Complete and electronically submit Part I with a non-refundable application fee. Secure your log in and password information. You will need them  to check the status of your application..
4. Submit required Part II application materials and submit complete packet to:

              350 New Campus Drive
              Brockport, NY 14420

We encourage you to complete and submit your application by the published deadline. Applications submitted after the published deadline will be reviewed on a space available basis. Incomplete applications will remain active only until the review process ends.
