How to Apply

Graduate applications are unique to each program, and every application is different. Please make sure to follow the detailed instructions provided for each application.

 To apply:

1. Select your program of interest.
2. While on the program of interest page, read and print the appropriate graduate application instructions and Part II forms.
3. Complete and electronically submit Part I with a non-refundable application fee. Secure your log in and password information, so you can refer back to them when required.
4. Collect required Part II application materials and submit complete packet to:

              Brockport, NY 14420

We encourage you to complete and submit your application by the published deadline. Applications submitted after the published deadline will be reviewed on a space available basis. Incomplete applications will be purged at the end of the review process.
