We are pleased that you are considering The College at Brockport for graduate education. Below you will find a list of all our graduate programs. Please note: Applications are unique to programs, so each is different. Please follow the detailed instructions for each application.
Once you have identified the program that you would like to apply to, click on the appropriate link below. You will need to complete Part I of the application electronically. Then you will need to complete the required Part II supplemental forms. For your convenience, all the required Part II supplemental forms are available for you to print from our web site in addition to an application checklist that we hope you will find helpful. Please keep in mind, you must submit an unopened official transcript from each and every college or university you have ever attended as part of your Part II supplemental forms.
After submitting Part I of the application online, send all required part II supplemental forms to:

NOTE: Some departments will continue to review applications beyond the published deadline, on a space available basis; please contact the Office of Graduate Studies at (585) 395-2525 for more information. Incomplete applications will be purged from the system at the end of the review process. Spring applications will be purged at the end of February and summer/fall applications at the end of September.
