The College at Brockport offers a wide variety of graduate programs for students seeking a Master's Degree, post-master's certificate of advanced study, or a for-credit certificate program. In addition to The College being accredited by the Middle State Association of Colleges and Universities and the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York, many of our programs hold national accreditation from their respective specialized accrediting agency. For example, our award-winning Dance program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Dance (NASD).
Our faculty includes 26 Distinguished Faculty — the highest ranking in the State University of New York (SUNY) system. We also have 90 Chancellor’s Award winners for Excellence in Teaching, 15 Fulbright Award winners, and a Tony Award winner in our performing arts program.
Research projects and facilities at The College at Brockport are robust. We are a Center of Excellence for Great Lakes Research. Our Physics program has its own planetarium, observatory, and low-temperature physics laboratory. We are one of the first colleges in the country to offer a graduate degree in Computational Science. And our faculty has participated in endeavors far and wide, from performing on Broadway, to advancing stem cell research, to coordinating one of the country's leading writers' forums.
We invite you to review our list of programs and visit their individual websites. Each graduate department has a program director who will be happy to answer your questions about specific degree programs and requirements
