Graduate Programs

SUNY Brockport’s 29 graduate programs are housed within the College’s three schools: the School of Professions, the School of Letters and Sciences, and the School of Arts and Performance.

We invite you to review our list of programs and visit the Web site of any graduate program in which you might be interested.  Each graduate program also has a program director.   Questions about specific degree programs and requirements are best answered by the department or program offering the degree.

Accreditations:

SUNY College at Brockport is accredited by the Middle States Asssociation of Colleges and Universities and the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York.  In addition, the following graduate programs hold national accreditation from the appropriate specialized accrediting agency:

  • Counselor Education: Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP)
  • Dance: National Association of Schools of Dance (NASD)
  • Public Administration:  National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPA)
  • Social Work: Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Teacher Education (all related units): National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE)
