Upon my submission of personal information into this database I understand and agree to the following:
Employees enrolled in this program have not been screened with regard to criminal or driving record or subjected to any review by The College at Brockport with respect to their qualifications or fitness to participate in this voluntary program.
In consideration of The College at Brockport allowing me to participate in the College Rideshare Program, I agree to release and hold harmless The College at Brockport, all their authorized agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims and causes of action of whatever kind of nature, resulting from my participation in any way connected with this program.
SHARE A RIDE, NOT A PASS! I understand that each vehicle parked on campus must be properly registered with Welcome Center & Parking Services.
