Who is eligible?

• All employees

Policy

• Employees may take up to four hours of paid leave annually for screening for breast cancer.
• Leave for Prostate Cancer Screening Policy
  

Required Documents

• Time Sheet/ Attendance Record - indicate leave on timesheet.
• Medical documentation attached to your timesheet indicating that the absence was for the purpose of breast cancer screening.
