Rochester, NY has many interesting attractions. The following is a snapshot of what our magnificent city has to offer:

- Cultural Classics:
- Strong Museum — The National Museum of Play. Ranked as one of the nation’s top 10 children’s museums by CHILD magazine. Visit and play on Sesame Street and tour the National Toy Hall of Fame. Spend the day-there is so much to do!
- Genesee Country Museum — 19th century America comes to life at NY’s largest living history museum. Explore the villages 68 buildings and meet dozens of villagers and craftspeople going about their daily tasks.
- Memorial Art Gallery — Explore 5,000 years of world art at Rochester's art museum.
- Rochester Museum & Science Center — Discover the fun of hands-on science at the Rochester Museum, Strasenburgh Planetarium or the Cummings Nature Center.
- George Eastman House — Enjoy a variety of exhibitions on photography, film, and George Eastman (founder of Eastman Kodak Company), and a hands-on learning center. Rochester is home to the world headquarters for Kodak.
- Seneca Park Zoo — The Zoo is the home to over 300 animals, from New York's only African Elephants and Bornean orangutans to the US's only Eurasian Arctic Wolves.

- Seasonal Outdoor Activities:
- Lake Ontario — Whether it is picnicking at Charlotte Beach, boating, attending a festival, Seabreeze Amusement Park or dining at one of the many restaurants with spectacular views, this is a must see!
- Parks — Located near several parks including: Highland Park, Durand Eastman Park, Seneca Park Zoo and Letchworth State Park (considered as the Grand Canyon of the East)
- Genesee River & High Falls — This river not only provides whitewater rafting, boating, and fishing fun but also creates the 96-foot High Falls backdrop for laser shows.
- Finger Lakes Region — " Tour the Wine Country" We are just a short drive away to some of the most unique and scenic lakes in the country offering over 70 well-known wineries that produce prize-winning selections.
- Golf — Shadow Pines, Eagle Vale, Durand Eastman and Lake Shore are a few of the areas sixty (60) golf courses and driving ranges.
- Erie Canal - Cruising on one of the areas narrative boat tours is just one way to experience the pleasures offered by this famous manmade channel of water.

- Entertainment:
- High Falls — located one block from the hotel and home to the Centers at High Falls (offering nightclubs, pubs and restaurants) and Frontier Field Stadium offering Rochester Rhinos Soccer and Rochester Redwing AAA Baseball games.
- East End — a growing section in downtown Rochester just blocks from the hotel featuring numerous restaurants and bars from casual to elegant.
- Theatre:
- Geva Theatre — Rochester's premiere professional live theatre. With a wide variety of productions on the Mainstage and fresh contemporary theatre on the Nextstage, Geva offers something for everyone.
- Eastman Theatre — The Eastman School of Music educates talented musicians from around the world who become leaders and innovators in all aspects of music. Today, the venue accommodates the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra along with concerts from renowned artists.
- Downstairs Cabaret — Offers innovative shows in its intimate space while community groups showcase the finest local talent in a variety of settings.
