The Office of Community Development enhances the education of The College at Brockport community through a series of educational and program initiatives developed collaboratively to create opportunities for interaction between students, faculty, staff, and community members. The office aims to foster understanding and collegiality between various constituents within the college community in the spirit of integrity, civility and justice with tolerance and good will. Through inclusive and proactive programs and educational initiatives such as Saturday of Service, alternative spring breaks or a service learning course like Team Memphis. Students have the opportunity to become connected to the larger Brockport and Rochester communities, often having the chance to put the skills they are developing to work while helping others achieve their own goals. A new site, myBROCKPORT, will help you connect with other students with similar interests.
