The Student Leadership Development Program provides a comprehensive approach to prepare students for success as leaders in the campus community and beyond. The Social Change Model of Leadership provides a framework for students to understand how their individual values, in coordination with the values of the institution and the community, can intersect to lead to positive social change. Currently three certificate programs are offered that include a variety of workshops, community service projects and opportunities to be engaged in the life of the campus.
