The College at Brockport is committed to helping its students excel throughout their years here. In order to do that, there are a number of offices and departments that offer academic support to students. Below are just a few of the offices you will interact with throughout your time at The College at Brockport.
The Academic Advisement Office helps students with questions about academic policies and procedures, Brockport’s advisement system, advisors, declaring a major, transferring credits, and much more.
In the Student Learning Center you can find tutorial services in writing, math, study skills and other selected courses. There are also reference materials, computers for use and learning strategy videotapes available for student use.
The Office for Students with Disabilities provides support and assistance to students experiencing medical, physical, emotional or learning disabilities. Services provided by this office include accessibility of campus facilities, individual and group counseling, reasonable classroom accommodations, student advocacy, arrangements for note-takers, readers and interpreters, and much more.
