The College at Brockport is a selective liberal arts college. To apply for studies, you must submit a completed application form along with all necessary supporting documents as outlined below.
We’ve made applying to Brockport easier than ever with two options for our applicants. Just choose either the Common Application or the State University of New York (SUNY) application. A US $50 non-refundable fee is required with either option. Please complete and submit only one.
The Common Application allows students to apply to up to 350 selective member colleges and universities using a single application. It includes a personal essay and a teacher/counselor recommendation form.
The SUNY Application is a two-part application that allows students to apply to several SUNY institutions with one application. Prospective freshmen who apply with the SUNY application are also required to submit the SUNY Supplemental Application. Please note: Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) applicants must use the SUNY application.
Once you have submitted your application to Brockport, you are encouraged to check the status of your application often to ensure that your application is complete.
The remaining items listed below are also required for admission. They must be mailed directly to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at The College at Brockport.
Once you apply, you may monitor the status of your application by clicking here.
Once a completed application is received, it will be reviewed by an Admissions Committee. If the Admissions Committee approves your application, we will contact you via e-mail and send you an acceptance letter along with information on paying your deposit through postal mail. You will also receive your I-20 form from The College at Brockport following your acceptance and receipt of proper financial documentation.
If you have any questions regarding the Application Process, please contact our Associate Director of Internatoinal Recruitment, Aleta Anthony.
