Housing Options

Students playing foosball

As a student at The College at Brockport, you may have the option of living either on campus or off campus. Many students choose to live in College Residence Halls -- otherwise referred to as "on-campus" housing. Others, however, choose to live in the neighborhoods or communities that surround the campus -- this is known as "off-campus" housing.

Before you decide which option is best for you, there are a number of factors that should be considered, including costs, security, proximity to campus and your classes, personal and/or family needs, and available transportation. Take some time to look through the information available for each option before making a final decision.

As always, the Office of International Student Services is available to help you through the decision making process. Feel free to contact an ISS advisor for more information or with any questions.
