Re-enabling the ConnectR Add-in for Microsoft Outlook
If you find that ConnectR options are missing out of Outlook such as Tools -> “Synchronize Using ConnectR” or Tools -> Options -> ConnectR tab then you can resolve this by doing two things.
Open Microsoft Outlook 2007 and go to the ‘Help’->“Disabled Items…”. This will tell you what Add-in’s are disabled in Microsoft Outlook.
If you see that the “ConnectR Add-in” is disabled then select it and click the button “Enable”. You may need to restart Outlook as well.

Another thing to try if ConnectR still does not re-enable itself is to re-install ConnectR. Please reference documentation on installing the ConnectR Add-in for Microsoft Outlook.
If ConnectR continues to disable itself after trying re-enabling and re-installing ConnectR then something is causing the ConnectR Add-in to crash. This can be another Outlook Add-in or a software bug with ConnectR Add-in software. If problems persist please contact the Help Desk for further assistance.
