Removing a shared calendar in Microsoft Outlook using the ConnectR

If you open Outlook and then at the top menu select ‘Tools’->‘Options…’ and then select the ‘ConnectR’ tab.  You will see the following screen:


           
If you select a column as suggested above (highlighted item with arrow pointing to it) and right click on the column (user you want to remove) it will give you a grayed out option to “Add Shared User” and another option to “Delete”.

Select “Delete” and you will be prompted with the following window:



Select ‘Yes’ and the shared calendar will be removed from synchronizing with Outlook and the server.  You will see it disappear from the column once it has been removed.  It may take a few minutes depending on the size of the calendar being removed.

Select ‘Apply’ and then ‘OK’ within the ConnectR tab window to complete the removal of the calendar. 

You have now successfully removed a shared calendar in Microsoft Outlook using the ConnectR Add-in.
