There may be situations where you need to perform a clean synchronization using ConnectR. Situations include updating your version of ConnectR or when troubleshooting synchronization issues.
Please try to do a manual synchronization with ConnectR before beginning a clean synchronization to ensure the latest Outlook data (calendar, contacts, and tasks) have synced to the server. Documentation on how to perform a manual synchronization can be found here:

Open up Outlook and go to ‘Tools’ and select “Clean Synchronize using ConnectR…”.

As in the above screenshot follow these steps:

Please be patient since this process can take a great deal of time to complete pending the amount of data on the server and how many shared calendars you have in ConnectR.
These are the windows you will see during the clean synchronization process:


Select “OK”.

You have now performed a clean synchronization using ConnectR successfully!
Please take a quick look through your Outlook data to verify that the calendar, contact, and task information is correct.
