Brockport Email
Overnight we have migrated all Brockport email users to the new email system. We are very confident that you will find the new system to be a significant improvement over our previous system. If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to view the online tutorials provided by our email vendor.
The online training is a very convenient way to get up to speed quickly on the features of the new system. However; If you would like to attend training in person, you can register online: If you have questions about the upgrade:Outlook users - If you are using Microsoft Outlook as your primary email client, AND you previously had the Calendar sync software installed, you should put a request into the Help Desk (x5151) to have Outlook re-configured with the new synchronization software.
Email clients, like Thunderbird, Outlook, and Mail.app can be configured to send and receive email using your Brockport email account. If you are using an email client, and not currently utilizing the calendar synch option, we have provided documentation that will allow you to configure our supported email clients.
