New Brockport E-mail Accounts
Student Accounts
All SUNY Brockport students will be assigned their own unique NetID. Read the NetID documentation to learn how to discover your NetID.
The College e-mail address is <NetID>@brockport.edu.
The default student NetID password is the first initial and the last five digits of the student's Banner ID.
You can check campus e-mail online.
Faculty and Staff Accounts

Faculty Account Request
In most cases a NetID will automatically be created based on appointment information received from Human Resources.
Employees of the following areas should contact their respective HR department to have an account request made.
- BASC
- Research Foundation
- Military Science
- Brockport Child Development Center
